How Health sync works
Turn it on once.
- 1Open the Uddak app and go to Reminders → Health.
- 2Tap Connect and allow Uddak to write water.
- 3That's it. Every sip from then on is added automatically. Refills never count.
- Uddak only writes water. It never reads your other health data.
