This policy explains what Uddak collects when you use uddak.com, the Uddak app and the Uddak cap, and how it is used.
What we collect
- Account details: your name and email address, and how you sign in (handled by our sign-in provider, Clerk).
- Hydration data: your bottles, their sizes and shapes, and the sips your cap records, with times and amounts.
- Orders: what you buy and your shipping address. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
- If you subscribe: the email address you give us for news.
How we use it
- To run the service: show your water, back it up and restore it on a new phone.
- To process orders, ship products and provide support.
- With Uddak Plus and your permission, to write water to Apple Health or Google Health Connect. We never read your other health data.
Who can see it
Your hydration data is stored with our database provider, Supabase, and is only ever returned to your own account. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Your choices
You can turn off health sync at any time, unsubscribe from emails, and ask us to delete your account and data.
Children
Uddak accounts are for people aged 13 and over. A parent can manage a child's bottles from their own account.
